Sunday Newsletter: TPT
Every Sunday, TPT sends a newsletter that highlights blog posts, resources, and a Teacher-Author seller to its millions of active accountholders. I was the lead on this weekly cross-functional project and in charge of the editorial content. These two newsletters represent unique ways in which we utilized the newsletter to promote further engagement and DEI.
Valentine's Day Emails: TPT
As a member of the brand marketing team, I created synergy across TPT's February sale emails for teachers, a seasonal promotion of a new marketplace feature called collections, and a mini-brand moment to show commitment to and appreciation of teachers. I recommended theming all of these emails around Valentine’s Day in similar yet distinct ways. I ran a cross-functional brainstorm to make it happen, wrote the copy for the sale emails and collections promotion, collaborated with legal for our giveaway, and edited the copy for our brand moment email.
LinkedIn Newsletter: Saleboat
To engage our audience and establish ourselves in the sales space, I developed and wrote newsletters on LinkedIn that were also shared via email through HubSpot. These newsletters highlighted content around particular themes in the sales industry and the workplace. Click an image to read what I wrote.
Spring Sale Emails + Texts: TPT
For TPT's end of March sale, I wrote the email and text message copy, which was a new channel for us. Partnering with design, I helped set the direction of the Spring Sale theme, which was based around the motif of flowers. Based on our learnings from the Pre-Valentine's Day Sale, we were able to craft effective subject lines for our various audiences: sellers and buyers.
